Kahl am Main, 03 March 2017 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) has signed a contract for the delivery of VISTARIS vacuum sputtering systems as well as systems for wet chemical buffer layer deposition with the brand name TENUIS II with the subsidiary of a major public energy company and producer of solar modules from China.
These machines are central components for the manufacturing of CIGS thin-film modules. The order volume exceeds € 20 million. The order is still subject to the approval of the relevant boards. The outstanding payment for the order is expected soon.
For thin-film solar cells SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES focuses on CIS/CIGS technology and offers machines for all of the relevant processing steps.
