SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft
Annual General Meeting for 2020 and 2021 will be held on July 19, 2023 as a virtual General Meeting without physical presence.
Notes:
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will ensure that.
- the entire Annual General Meeting, in particular the voting, is transmitted in picture and sound,
- the exercise of shareholders’ voting rights via electronic communication (electronic participation via the AGM portal) as well as the granting of proxies are possible,
- shareholders are given the opportunity to exercise their right to speak and ask questions by means of electronic communication, and shareholders who have exercised their voting rights are given the opportunity to object to a resolution of the Annual General Meeting.
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will provide an “AGM Portal” on its website for all shareholders and investors, which will contain the important information and will be updated accordingly as required. The entire Annual General Meeting will be broadcast on this portal.

Candidate for the Supervisory Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG
Dr. Changfeng Tu, born in China in 1975, Chinese citizen and currently residing in Dusseldorf, moved to Germany in 1997 to study law at the University Bonn. He was admitted to the German Bar (Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt) and received his doctorate in law in 2006. From 2006 to 2019, he was a lawyer at the law firms Linklater and Hengeler Mueller (as associate and later as partner, inter alia in their Shanghai office) in the areas of M&A and cross-border investments. Since 2020, he has been working as an independent lawyer and financial investor.
