Kahl am Main, October 27, 2021 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and Dr. Olaf Gerber, acting as the scrutineer for the voting without a meeting of the SINGULUS bond between October 4 and 6, 2021, decided to postpone the second bondholder meeting of the SINGULUS bond, which was scheduled for October 28, 2021. The new date will be announced in the form of a new invitation.
The reason for the postponement of the second bondholder meeting is a result of the currently ongoing negotiations on a significant order volume, which, if successful, can lead to a change in the decision-making basis for the planned resolution in the second bondholder meeting.
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG would like to give the creditors of the SINGULUS bond the opportunity to base their decision on the most current and complete information possible and has therefore decided to postpone the second bondholder meeting.
