SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES takes out loan in the amount of EUR 10.0 million and thus closes a significant part of the financing

Kahl am Main, 24 May 2022 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has concluded a loan agreement with a major international bank for a working capital line in the amount of EUR 10.0 million. The entire loan amount was drawn down by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES, the funds were received by the company on today’s date and are available for the financing of the operating activities without restrictions.

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has thus successfully secured a significant part of the financing and fulfilled another requirement for the issuance of the audit certificate for the annual financial statements of the business year 2020. The company currently expects that the annual financial statements can be audited and subsequently published on June 3, 2022.
