Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz
Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz, born in 1952 in Siegen-Weidenau, Germany and resident in Essen, earned his doctorate in civil engineering (Dipl.-Bauingenieur). Since 2009 he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft. Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz was elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the constituent meeting on May 31, 2016. Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz was reelected as Member of the Advisory Board by the Ordinary Annual General Meeting on August, 31, 2016. In the subsequent constituent meeting, he was reappointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Prior, Dr.-Ing. Leichnitz was Chairman of the Executive Board of IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Germany. Before, he was Chairman of Viterra AG, Essen, Germany which he left after the successful sale of the real estate company through the owner E.ON, a private equity company. From 1992 until 2000, Dr.-Ing. Leichnitz was Board member of the Hochtief AG, Essen, Germany.
During his 15 years of Board member or rather Chairman of the Executive Board activities of mostly stock market listed companies, Dr. -Ing. Leichnitz held numerous appointments to national and international supervisory boards.
Following the retirement of active professional life, Dr.-Ing. Leichnitz took on several voluntary tasks. He does not carry out advisory mandates.
Dr. rer. pol. Silke Landwehrmann
Dr. rer. pol. Silke Landwehrmann, Dipl.-Kauffrau, born 1971 in Cologne and resident in Düsseldorf, has been a member of the supervisory board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft since 2019. Dr. Silke Landwehrmann was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by the responsible district court in Aschaffenburg at the company’s request with effect from August 11, 2019 until the annual general meeting of the company in 2020. Dr. Silke Landwehrmann was then elected as a member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2020. Following the general meeting, the company’s supervisory board appointed Dr. Landwehrmann elected as deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board.
Dr. Landwehrmann has been the managing director of Aufam Asset Management GmbH, Rheinberg, since January 2020. Before that, Dr. Landwehrmann was from early 2012 to the end of 2019 CFO of ELG Haniel GmbH, Duisburg. During this time, Dr. Landwehrmann held numerous mandates in domestic and foreign control bodies. From 2000 to 2011 she held various senior commercial positions at Franz Haniel and Cie. GmbH, Duisburg, among others she was head of group accounting and most recently director of business administration.<br
Dr. Landwehrmann has been a member of the supervisory board of Wuppermann AG, Leverkusen, since May 2021, and is also the deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board.
Dr. Changfeng Tu
Dr. Changfeng Tu, born in China in 1975, Chinese citizen and currently residing in Dusseldorf, moved to Germany in 1997 to study law at the University Bonn. He was admitted to the German Bar (Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt) and received his doctorate in law in 2006. From 2006 to 2019, he was a lawyer at the law firms Linklater and Hengeler Mueller (as associate and later as partner, inter alia in their Shanghai office) in the areas of M&A and cross-border investments. Since 2020, he has been working as an independent lawyer and financial investor. In particular, he advises German and Chinese companies on investments in China and Europe, respectively.
Dr. Tu is not a member of any other statutory supervisory boards or comparable domestic or foreign boards of business enterprises within the meaning of Section 125 (1) sentence 5 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). He is not a member of any management body of the major shareholder CNBM or any company affiliated with it, nor does he have any business relationship with CNBM or any affiliated company. He is therefore independent of CNBM within the meaning of recommendation C.9 of the GCGC.
