Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz
Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz, born in 1952 in Siegen-Weidenau, Germany and resident in Essen, earned his doctorate in civil engineering (Dipl.-Bauingenieur). Since 2009 he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft. Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz was elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the constituent meeting on May 31, 2016. Dr.-Ing. Wolfhard Leichnitz was reelected as Member of the Advisory Board by the Ordinary Annual General Meeting on August, 31, 2016. In the subsequent constituent meeting, he was reappointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Prior, Dr.-Ing. Leichnitz was Chairman of the Executive Board of IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Germany. Before, he was Chairman of Viterra AG, Essen, Germany which he left after the successful sale of the real estate company through the owner E.ON, a private equity company. From 1992 until 2000, Dr.-Ing. Leichnitz was Board member of the Hochtief AG, Essen, Germany.
During his 15 years of Board member or rather Chairman of the Executive Board activities of mostly stock market listed companies, Dr. -Ing. Leichnitz held numerous appointments to national and international supervisory boards.
Following the retirement of active professional life, Dr.-Ing. Leichnitz took on several voluntary tasks. He does not carry out advisory mandates.
Dr. Changfeng Tu
Dr. Changfeng Tu, born in China in 1975, Chinese citizen and currently residing in Dusseldorf, moved to Germany in 1997 to study law at the University Bonn. He was admitted to the German Bar (Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt) and received his doctorate in law in 2006. From 2006 to 2019, he was a lawyer at the law firms Linklater and Hengeler Mueller (as associate and later as partner) in the areas of M&A and cross-border investments. Since 2020, he has been working as an independent lawyer and financial investor. In particular, he advises German and Chinese companies on investments in China and Europe, respectively.
Dr. Tu is not a member of any other statutory supervisory boards or comparable domestic or foreign boards of business enterprises within the meaning of Section 125 (1) sentence 5 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). He is not a member of any management body of the major shareholder CNBM or any company affiliated with it, nor does he have any business relationship with CNBM or any affiliated company. He is therefore independent of CNBM within the meaning of recommendation C.9 of the GCGC.
Ms. Martina Rabe, Dipl. Bankbetriebswirtin, born 1969 in Bückeburg and resident in Stuttgart, was appointed by the competent local court as a member of the Supervisory Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG with effect from January 17, 2024, until the next Annual General Meeting. Ms. Rabe held various positions at UniCredit Bank AG, Munich, and Commerzbank AG, Stuttgart. She has been a senior consultant at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP since January 1, 2024. She has particular expertise in the areas of restructuring, financial structuring, and stakeholder management.
Through her experience as Chief Financial Officer at the internationally active NDT Systems & Services AG, Stutensee, Ms. Rabe is a financial expert within the meaning of within the meaning of Section 100 (5) AktG. Ms. Rabe is not a member of other supervisory boards or comparable domestic or foreign supervisory bodies of commercial enterprises. of commercial enterprises in Germany and abroad.
Born in July 1980 in China, Mr. Denan Chu is a highly skilled professional proficient in both English and Japanese languages. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Electronic Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in China.
Mr. Chu’s career has been distinguished by his significant roles in renowned organizations, underscoring his expertise and leadership abilities. Currently, he holds the positions of Board Secretary, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. He also serves as a Board member and General Manager at China National United Equipment Group Corporation.
Throughout his professional journey, Denan Chu has garnered remarkable recognition for his outstanding contributions. He has been honored as an Outstanding Executive/Excellent Cadre at China National Building Materials Co., Ltd. (CNBM) and Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. In addition, he has received acknowledgment as an Advanced Employee at Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Chu’s career commenced as an R&D Engineer of Magnetic Recording Media at Showa Denko Electric Co., Ltd in Japan. He subsequently progressed to the role of Assistant Director of the Equipment Department at Mitsubishi Corporation (China) and eventually attained the position of Deputy General Manager at Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd.
