The “one-stop service” naturally also includes the repair service of your defective parts. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Customer Support offers you a repair against cost estimate for all repairable parts.

Please fill in and sign this form and send it together with your repair request to repairs@singulus.de.

After checking you will receive a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) with which you can return the goods to us

After receipt and inspection of the sent part, you will receive a cost estimate for approval. You can thus flexibly decide whether you want the repair or not.

In the event of a repair rejection or inefficiency, you will only pay the costs incurred for testing the component. You will be informed of the respective inspection costs when the cost estimate is sent to you.

After your repair has been approved and carried out, you will receive the part back, on request with an attached repair report.
