Kahl am Main, September 20, 2022 – Today’s second creditors’ meeting regarding the SINGULUS Bond with ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 and WKN A2AA5H was quorate with a quorum of 33.8 % and approved all proposed resolutions for the amendment of the Bond terms with more than 98 %. These include, among other things, a temporary waiver by the bondholders of possible cancellation rights due to the failure to publish the audited annual financial statements for 2020 and 2021 and give the Company greater flexibility in its financing. The greater financing leeway is particularly needed for large solar projects. Furthermore, the joint representative proposed by the issuer, Tauris Service GmbH, has been elected with 98.4 %.
