Statement by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES
Kahl am Main, March 1, 2023 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES is still in coordination with the responsible auditor KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt (“KPMG”) regarding the completion of the audit procedures for the two fiscal years 2020 and 2021. KPMG has informed the company that more time is required for the planned issuance of the audit opinions. The completion of the attestations is now expected by the end of March 2023.
