SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Announces Early Redemption of Corporate Bond Maturing May 26, 2026

Kahl am Main, March 24, 2026 – Singulus Technologies AG will redeem the corporate bond, with a volume of EUR 12,000,000.00 (ISIN DE000A2AA5H5/WKN A2AA5H), ahead of schedule. The redemption will take place on May 26, 2026, in accordance with Section 5(b) of the bond terms and conditions, at an early redemption amount of EUR 105.00 per bond plus interest accrued up to that date for 124 days. The interest rate is 4.5% p.a. on the principal amount for the period from January 22, 2026, to May 26, 2026, corresponding to interest of EUR 184,972.38.

With the early repayment of the bond, SINGULUS is actively optimizing its financing structure. On March 22, 2026, the company entered into agreements for long-term cooperation with a leading global technology company in the Solar business unit. The company expects this collaboration to make a significant contribution to revenue in the coming years.
