PD Paternoster Dryer
The PD Paternoster dryer is designed for heating, drying, and curing of products and assemblies in industrial applications. Its space-saving Paternoster design enables high process efficiency within a compact footprint.
An internal product carrier transports the products through the process chamber, where the thermal treatment takes place via convection. The system operates according to the Paternoster principle using two vertical towers, ensuring continuous and controlled product movement through the process.
The heating system consists of a modular stainless-steel process zone that can be configured with multiple heating and cooling zones depending on process requirements. Its double-walled construction, combined with high-quality thermal insulation, ensures stable temperature control while maintaining low energy consumption.
Each heating zone operates independently via a dedicated control loop, allowing precise adjustment of individual setpoints. Process air is introduced into the chamber through perforated metal sheets, ensuring uniform and consistent airflow across the entire process zone.
