Kahl am Main, March 17, 2022 – Referring to the publication of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) of February 22, 2022, the company announces that the annual financial report for the 2020 financial year of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG will be available from April 25, 2022, 10:00 a.m. on the company’s website at https://www.singulus.en/wordpress/quartalsreports/ in addition to being available in the company register for download. The prerequisite for this publication is the timely issue of the attestation for the 2020 financial year. The issue of the attestation is linked to the successful conclusion of negotiations on a working capital loan (see Interim Report Q3/2021, p.15).
