Announcement by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG on the publication of the annual financial report 2020
Kahl am Main, April 14, 2022 – The company informs that the publication of the annual financial report for the business year 2020 of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG is delayed and will only be made available for download on the company’s website at https://www.singulus.com/financial-reports/, in addition to the availability in the company register, as of May 23, 2022.
The prerequisite for publication of the annual financial report for the 2020 financial year at this time is still the timely issuance of the audit certificate. The issuance of the audit certificate is largely dependent on the successful conclusion of negotiations on a working capital loan (see Interim Report Q3/2021, p.15).
