The CISARIS X3 inline rapid thermal processing system by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES is designed for selenization, sulphurization, and sublimation in the production of CIGSSe absorber layers on large-area glass substrates. This state-of-the-art system optimizes the manufacturing process for thin-film solar modules, ensuring uniform heating, energy efficiency, and high production throughput.

Efficient & Scalable Inline Processing

The CISARIS X3 system integrates a vacuum-tight process section, an automated handling unit, and a return conveyor, ensuring seamless inline production. Designed for high uptime and durability, it supports production capacities of over 75 MWp per year, depending on the setup.

Through advanced thermal management, the system safely processes large glass substrates under controlled gas atmospheres, ensuring the optimal formation of CIGSSe absorbers for high-performance solar cells.
