The green metallizing inline system seamlessly integrates vacuum metallization (cathode sputtering) with all coating. lacquering and pre-processing steps into a single, fully automated production run.
At its core, the system features the POLYCOATER inline vacuum coating machine, ensuring high quality surface finishes. Furthermore, the integrated PAINTLINE system utilizes recyclable water based UV lacquer, making it an eco-friendly alternative for surface refinement.
