MT Magazine Dryer
The MT magazine dryer is designed for heating ceramics and drying pastes in industrial production processes. Products are transported through the drying system in customer-specific magazines and processed in stacked configurations, ensuring controlled and efficient handling.
The thermal treatment is based on convection heat, providing uniform and stable drying conditions. The desired temperature profile can be precisely adjusted via multiple independently controlled heating zones, allowing flexible adaptation to different process requirements.
To enable effective removal of high solvent concentrations, the exhaust air volume of each heating zone can be individually regulated. This ensures optimal process control and reliable drying results even under demanding conditions.
The system’s advanced insulation design and optimized thermal engineering minimize heat losses and energy consumption, contributing to an efficient and stable drying process.
